1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdt67 website at bdt67.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bdt67 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. bdt67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to the address on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms should be read in conjunction with the bdt67 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bdt67 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bdt67 platform or had an account closed due to a violation of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bdt67 employee, partner, or affiliated game provider.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress, coercion, or the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

bdt67 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. Where a player cannot satisfy age verification requirements, their account will be suspended pending review, and any funds deposited during the period of suspension will be returned via the original payment method subject to verification of identity.

Geographic Eligibility

bdt67 is designed for and primarily serves players based in Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the bdt67 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. bdt67 does not make any representation that access to the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

3. Account Registration & Verification

All players must register an account to access real-money gaming features on bdt67. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. bdt67 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy; creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

bdt67 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all accounts as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify their identity and address:

• Identity verification: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Address verification: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within 90 days
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, demonstrating ownership by the registered account holder

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. bdt67 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days of request will result in account suspension. Players are responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents are authentic and unaltered — submission of fraudulent documentation will result in immediate permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. bdt67 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bdt67 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bdt67 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available in the account security settings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdt67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform does not support foreign currency deposits; any attempt to deposit in a currency other than BDT will be declined. bdt67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier VIP accounts may have elevated limits as communicated by their account manager. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's bdt67 balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on inter-bank processing times. bdt67 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bdt67 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are made for the exclusive purpose of placing real-money wagers on bdt67. Depositing funds without the intention of wagering — for the purpose of using bdt67 as a payment intermediary or currency exchange mechanism — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after a player has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (the "source of funds" principle). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours under standard conditions. Black Diamond VIP tier members benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

bdt67 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees applied by their mobile financial service provider or bank. In the event that a player's preferred withdrawal method is unavailable due to technical or regulatory constraints, bdt67 will work with the player to identify an alternative channel.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdt67 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the corresponding promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all bdt67 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal is permitted).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports bets may each carry different contribution percentages as detailed on individual promotion pages.
• Bonuses have an expiry period communicated at the point of offer. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry of a bonus will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being forfeited.
• bdt67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while active for a player, that player's existing bonus will continue under the terms at the time of claim.

Bonus Abuse

bdt67 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or errors in promotion terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdt67 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account. Recovered funds in cases of confirmed bonus abuse will not be returned to the player.

Seasonal Promotions

bdt67 runs seasonal promotions aligned to key dates in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are communicated via registered email. Eligibility for seasonal promotions may be subject to minimum deposit or wagering activity thresholds during the preceding period.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

Each game available on the bdt67 platform — whether a slot title, live casino game, crash game, fishing title, or sports betting market — operates under its own set of game-specific rules as determined by the relevant game provider or the bdt67 sportsbook. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers. bdt67 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Sports Betting

bdt67's sports betting section covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. All odds are expressed in decimal format and denominated in BDT. Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension or cancellation at any time in response to match events, data feed disruptions, or integrity concerns. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided will be returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

bdt67 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed at an erroneously published price, where the error is clearly identifiable as a technical fault. In such cases, the player's stake will be fully refunded. bdt67 also reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, player, or event at its sole discretion.

Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on bdt67 are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the relevant game provider. bdt67 does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection upon reconnection. Any bets in play at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game's standard outcome rules. Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a wager. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher maximum stake limits as agreed with their account manager. bdt67 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt67 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

• Opening or operating more than one bdt67 account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the bdt67 platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for human players
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using bdt67 for any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdt67 customer support agents or other platform users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the bdt67 platform, software, or content

Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdt67 reserves the right to: (a) suspend the account immediately pending investigation; (b) permanently close the account; (c) withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account if that balance is linked to the prohibited activity; (d) report the conduct to relevant financial authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by law. bdt67's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdt67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling should be an entertainment activity undertaken with funds that a player can afford to lose. bdt67 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum you can lose within a defined period
• Session reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of active play

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. bdt67 will not market to self-excluded players during the exclusion period. Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between bdt67 and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. bdt67's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
